Andrea Sobieraj

Personal Profile: Andrea teaches Exercise Physiology at Brown University as well as oversees the Physiology teaching laboratories. On campus, she serves as an academic advisor and on various health related committees. Andrea has extensive experience in Metabolic testing elite athletes as well as Strength and Conditioning of figure skaters. She directly applies her scientific based knowledge to have successful influence on the training of athletes. Andrea is on the cutting edge of research trends and has been measuring Exercise Physiological parameters for 20 years.  She shares this knowledge as a speaker at local and National level conferences on Training, Injury Prevention, Biomechanics and the Breath, Skill Adaptation & Mindfulness, and Sports Nutrition. Andrea completed her graduate work from Brown University in Biology & Medicine with a focus in Exercise Physiology.
