Coaching Philosophy:
Over my 11 years as an elite senior athlete, I found that training with intention and purpose led to my most successful events. I aim to teach those with whom I work how to become an independent athlete, training with intent themselves, and capable of maintaining themselves to the highest level of performance on the ice. The athlete who knows how to direct their training, while adjusting with coaching correction, is often the skater with the most longevity and success in the sport. I trained for 5 years under coach, Rafael Arytunyan. During that time, I learned incredible knowledge regarding jump technique, as well as skating skills and helpful training exercises. I will pass that knowledge on to the students with whom I work. I aim to prepare students to feel confident in their technique and training so they feel prepared to take on competition.

Please contact me if you are interested in working with me directly, or as a secondary coach to augment your existing training.

If you are interested with working with Ashley, please  inquire in the Club office for how to contact her for lessons.
