Registration is now open for the 2019 Boston Open! This year’s competition will be held on September 19 – 22, 2019. Competition registration will be taking place through U.S. Figure Skating’s Event Management System (EMS).
The 2019 Boston Open is part of the 2019-2020 Adult Competition Series. Participating skaters will need to complete the online Series registration form and pay the necessary fee. To learn more about the U.S. Figure Skating Adult Competition Series, please click here.
With the Club set to move to its new, Norwood facility in the summer of 2020, this year’s competition marks the last time the Boston Open will be held at 1240 Soldiers Field Road. The Club hopes that you will join its community in celebrating this historic milestone!

The Boston Open is an annual figure skating competition hosted by The Skating Club of Boston® since 1976. As the last large competition in the northeast, the Boston Open is the perfect stop for skaters to improve their skating programs before the U.S. Figure Skating competition season begins with regional, sectional, and the U.S.Figure Skating Championships.
The competition is held every September at The Skating Club of Boston facility and offers on-site physical trainers, local practice ice, on-site parking and café, and ample seating for friends and family.
