The Skating Club of Boston will announce delays and closures during periods of inclement weather or emergency situations via the following channels:

- Email – Club-wide email via Constant Contact

In the event that inclement weather or an emergency situation presents a risk to members, skaters, employees, and visitors, the Club Director will make the appropriate determination to close. This decision will be based on conditions at the Club in Boston, MA.
The decision to close at the Foxboro satellite location will be made by the Director, Foxboro Programs along with the Club Director, and the management of The Foxboro Sports Center. The decision will be based on conditions at the rink in Foxboro, MA.

Members will receive a credit on their Club account for any canceled ice session.
Contracted skaters will receive a pass for any cancelled ice sessions. Passes will be available the next day in service.
