2023 Eastern Sectional Singles and U.S. Ice Dance Final

Club Schedules

Due to the 2023 Eastern Sectional Singles and U.S. Ice Dance Final, the Club will be operating under different ice schedules during the competition. Please click on the button below to view the schedules that will be in effect from Monday, November 7th, through Saturday, November 12th. Skaters can contact the Club office for advance registration starting Wednesday, November 2nd.

Member Access

Locker Rooms and Coaches Lounge
Please note that member locker rooms and the Coaches Lounge will be closed starting Monday, November 7th, at 10:00 pm. All Club members that are not credentialed competitors at the 2023 Eastern Sectional Singles and U.S. Ice Dance Final should remove their belongings from the locker rooms before this time. After this time, you must have an event credential to access the locker rooms. Exceptions to this policy will not be allowed. The Coaches Lounge will be closed for this event and not accessible to coaches from November 8 – 12, 2022.

Additional Spaces
The Kasputys Family Studio, Frieling Club Lounge, Dr. Tenley E. Albright Academic Center (including Club Library), Sun Deck, Joseph E. Blount Boardroom and the Thomas J. McGinnis All-Purpose Room will be closed to members from November 8 – 12, 2022. These spaces will be used by the competition and will not be open for regular member use.

Additionally, the West Rink will be closed from November 8 – 11, 2022, and will reopen on Saturday, November 12, 2022. The East Rink and East Rink Multi-Purpose Room will remain open to members for the duration of the event.

Volunteer Opportunities

It will be an action-packed weekend of competitive skating on the Club’s home ice. But the Club needs your help! Volunteer for the 2023 Eastern Sectional Singles and U.S. Ice Dance Final, and support the competitors in the National Qualifying Series on their road to the 2023 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, including more than 40 athletes representing The Skating Club of Boston. Parking

Competition parking will be free of charge. Members arriving for Club sessions are asked to park in the East parking lot and enter the facility only through the East Lobby entrance starting on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Please adhere to all posted signage, and cones, and the Club kindly asks that you do not park in spaces reserved for the competition.

COVID-19 Restrictions and Masking

For your protection, masks are strongly encouraged to be worn in the facility during the event unless actively eating, drinking or skating. The risk of becoming infected increases with the number of visitors in the facility.

Ticket Information

Event tickets are now available for purchase through the Club’s online ticket office at $25.00 per day, $40.00 for a two-day ticket and $100.00 for an all-event ticket. Please note a ticket will be required for access to the Performance Center from Tuesday, November 8th, through Saturday, November 12th, as well as for the West Rink through November 11th.
