Seminar will run approximately 1 hour and will end with a short Q&A.

Feeling confident in sport leads to success. Building up athletes by capitalizing on strengths and mastering resiliency help shape performance into a healthy and enjoyable experience. This mental skills seminar is designed with the following in mind: Finding ways to establish focus, set goals and make the most of off-season training.

Free to the Club’s HP1240 Members
$35 Members, $50 Non-Members
Parents are free when accompanying their skater.
Members will be billed to their Club account. Non-Members will be contacted for payment prior to the clinic.

Kelsey is the Performance Enhancement & Rehabilitation Specialist at The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention. A former dancer, Kelsey has a personal understanding of the demands placed on aesthetic athletes — mentally, physically and emotionally. Her goal is to help athletes of all ages learn to navigate the maze of challenges associated with sport (confidence, motivation, self talk, goal setting, anxiety/arousal control) to better reach self-determined goals and perform optimally both on and off the ice.
