Total Body Warm-Up for Skating

Warm-ups and cool-downs are essential to the safety and well-being of all athletes. Skaters will learn how to safely prepare and recover from practice or competition with targeted warm-ups, cool-downs and stretching techniques. Students are asked to bring a yoga mat and sneakers are required, however, some exercises are suggested to be barefoot (or socks).

Guided Stretching

This class will blend creative and classic stretches intermixed with Yoga sequences, Pilates positions, and application of the breath. With each class, students will gain flexibility, strength and empowerment. Students are asked to bring a yoga mat and sneakers.
