AM Stretch

Creative and classic stretches intermixed with Yoga and Pilate positions to gain flexibility and balance in a “chill” atmosphere.

Foam Roller/ Stretch

Foam rolling increases the oxygen delivery and thus the function and healing of muscle tissue. In this class, we will use the foam roller for a dynamic warm up, targeted release of muscle groups, and creative stretches.

*Bring your own foam Roller!

Fast Twitch Fire Up

Skating requires endurance mixed with explosive movement. This class will start with a targeted warm up then move into upper and lower body speed and explosive work to turn on the fast twitch muscles needed to skate while keeping your heart rate up.  You will leave this class Powered up to get on the ice.
