Coach’s Biography Form

With the introduction of the new Club website and coaches’ display, we are also pleased to introduce a new and refreshed look to the online coaches’ biographies. Along with this refreshed look, we are excited to add new features to the biographies, such as photo galleries for coaches who wish to include highlights from their competitive skating and coaching career. Whether you are a new or an existing coach, we kindly ask that you take a few minutes to complete the form below.

  • For new coaches, please upload a headshot that will accompany your biography page. Please note that these headshots will be used temporarily until new color headshots are taken at the Norwood facility for all coaches at a later date and time. Existing coaches do not need to submit new headshots.
  • New! We are pleased to introduce photo galleries to our coaching biographies. You may include up to 6 photos in the gallery on your page. If you wish to display additional photos on your page, please upload them here. These photos should depict highlights of your competitive skating or coaching career. Personal photos outside of skating will not be considered.

The information provided on this form will be used on Club print/digital media and to develop your coach biography for the Club web site. Entries will be reviewed and edited before posting.

Coach biographies will be accompanied by a photograph taken by a Club staff member and can be scheduled by emailing Tammy Perlman at tammy.perlman@scboston.org.
