Off-Ice Trainers

Among figure skaters, it’s no secret that preparing your body off the ice is just as important as training on the ice to reach your full competitive potential. As a top-tier training facility, The Skating Club of Boston® and The Micheli Center offers access to premier dance, fitness and strength training programs with its off-ice offerings.

These programs and classes focus on:

  • Building strength, flexibility, and agility
  • Recovering from and reducing the risk of injury
  • Improving artistic expression and movement on and off the ice.
