Off-Ice Trainers

Among figure skaters, it’s no secret that preparing your body off the ice is just as important as training on the ice to reach your full competitive potential. As a top-tier training facility, The Skating Club of Boston® offers access to premier fitness programs with its off-ice trainers.

The Club’s team of off-ice trainers offer classes and training sessions focused on:

  • Building strength, flexibility, and agility
  • Recovering from and reducing the risk of injury
  • Improving artistic expression and movement on and off the ice.
