Fall Contracting
Contract ice sessions are available via ActiveNet on a first-come, first-served basis. Only members with a Family, Single, Introductory, or U.S./World Championships Competitor membership may contract ice.

Contract Drop Form
Use this form to drop a session from your Fall contract before the September 30, 2026 deadline. After this date, sessions must remain contracted at an equal or greater value for the duration of the season, through June 30, 2027.

Contract Change Form
Use this form to permanently transfer a contracted session to another session time or meeting day for the remainder of the season. Permanent transfers are only available for full-season changes, not week-to-week adjustments.

Platinum Contracting
One package, maximum flexibility. Platinum is the Club's most complete ice package: 15 guaranteed sessions a week, regardless of length, plus unlimited walk-ons so you're never turned away from the ice.

Unlimited Walk-Ons
On top of your 15 guaranteed weekly sessions, walk on to any available session, any time, at no additional charge.
Same-Day & Same-Week Switches
Move your contracted time around as your schedule changes, with no waiting on a permanent transfer form.
Spinner Access
Included as part of the Platinum package for the full season.
Freeze for Injury or Illness
Freeze your contract billing for up to three months, once per season, if you're injured, ill, or relocating.
Access to The Micheli Center
Included as part of the Platinum package, for athletes 16 and older.

Billing
Ice contract fees and other monthly charges are billed to the Club member credit card on file on the 1st of each month, or can be paid in full at registration. Members are automatically enrolled in monthly autopay through the Club's online bill payment system unless they opt to pay in full. Any account with a balance unpaid past 30 days will be charged in full to the card on file.
