Ballet Technique

The class will focus on barre, center work, jumps, posture, coordination, and overall ballet technique.

Adult Ballet Technique

The class will focus on barre, center work, jumps, posture, coordination, and overall ballet technique.

Classical Stretch

The focus will be flexibility, core strength, posture, alignment, and controlled movement.

Ballet Foundations

This class focuses on anatomically informed placement, coordination between the torso and legs, and building strength within flexibility to create stability in movement while honing in on the details of alignment and intention.

Contemporary Dance

This class focuses on active listening to deepen an understanding of movement and rhythm while exploring less conventional positions, artistry, control, and specificity in transitions between styles, movements, and intentions.

LET’S DANCE! For Adults

A contemporary dance class that brings community to the forefront while encouraging movement beyond the threshold of a tired body through fluidity, strength building, and endurance.

Ballet for Figure Skaters

This ballet class is designed specifically for figure skaters of varying levels and focuses on developing technique that directly supports performance on the ice. The class incorporates barre, center, and across-the-floor exercises adapted to the technical and artistic demands of figure skating.

Private lesson and rental rates, per 50 minutes.

  • $30 for 1 or 2 skaters taking a private lesson
  • $50 for private rentals with 3 or more students
