Social Ice Dancing: Mardi Gras Cha Cha

Social Ice Dancing is returning to The Skating Club of Boston with events every month from February until May. Come to the Club’s Friday Night Buffet in the Frieling Club Lounge before taking the ice to skate a variety of pattern dances with the Club community. You can come with a partner, coach, family and friends, or just bring yourself! Skaters will switch partners and make sure that everyone gets the opportunity to skate. For this month, Social Ice Dancing is excited to host Mardi Gras Cha Cha on Friday, February 17th, from 9:10 PM – 10:00 PM!
Even if you are not familiar with ice dancing, we encourage you to try it out. Experienced ice dancers will teach newer skaters the steps to a variety of standard patterns. The preliminary dances are all simple, forward skating. The patterns are available to review and you’ll find that most experienced dancers are happy for the opportunity to teach interested skaters the discipline of ice dance.
