Spring Cuisine Celebration Dinner

The Club is establishing a new Friday night tradition this year to celebrate the four seasons of New England with a quarterly dinner to celebrate the cuisine and fresh ingredients of each season. We thought there was no better way to allow the talents of our Executive Chef, Mark Flemming to shine, and for Club members to join in friendship and camaraderie in the Frieling Club Lounge.

To kick off the inaugural seasonal dinner tradition, we will be welcoming the longer and warmer days of spring with a lighter and brighter fare. We hope you will join your fellow members in an evening of camaraderie and relaxed fine dining! For any questions regarding this dinner, please contact the Club office at club.info@scboston.org.

Roast Prime Rib of Beef (carved to order) served with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream
