- Contract ice sessions are available via ActiveNet for members of the Club on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions may only be contracted by Club members on the Family, Single, Introductory, and U.S./World Championships Competitor packages.
- All skaters are required to be active members of either Learn To Skate USA or U.S. Figure Skating.
- If a session reaches capacity during online registration, a waitlist will be established. In the event that space becomes available on a session with a waitlist, skaters will be notified in the order they were added to the waitlist. Only members on the Family, Single, Introductory, and U.S./World Championships Competitor packages may add their names to a session’s waitlist.
- Contracting of sessions will end on March 1, 2026. After this date, members and non-members may register for any sessions with available space at the walk-on rate.
- Ice contract fees and all other charges for the month will be charged to Club member credit card on file on the 1st of each month, or can be paid in full when registering for activities. All member accounts with any unpaid balances past 30 days will be charged to the credit card on file for the full, past-due amount to bring the account balance to zero. Members will be automatically enrolled in the monthly autopay through the Club’s online bill payment system unless the member opts to pay in full.
- Both members of a pair or dance team must contract their ice separately.

- The deadline to drop contracted sessions for the Fall season is October 13, 2025.  Members are able to drop the full length of any contracted sessions through their ActiveNet accounts until the night before the first occurrence of a reserved session.  Between September 2 – October 13, members can submit a “Drop” form: https://fs10.formsite.com/D8iaDf/pnipkzbbgl/index.

- Permanent Transfers: Members are able to transfer (“switch”) a contract session time to another day / time, given that the new session is equal or greater length and runs for the same or greater portion of the season. Permanent transfers are only available for full season changes, not week to week adjustments. Members can request permanent transfers by submitting a “Transfer” form. Same-day switch requests must be handled through the Club Office the day-of, and ice credit for qualifying and/or international competitions must be submitted in writing, in advance of the event, to club.info@scboston.org.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any session or class that is under-subscribed or to make changes to the schedule, if necessary. All Club members and coaches are required to check the Ice Schedule Notices page frequently.
- The Fall schedule spans the academic year, with changes for Winter notated in the document. The schedule will end on June 30, 2026, with the Summer schedule beginning on July 1, 2026.

- *NEW INFORMATION* 2025-2026 Platinum Contracting
- For the 2025-2026 season, we are continuing to utilize  a single Platinum Package, which guarantees each skater 15 contracted sessions per week, regardless of length. This package also includes unlimited walk-ons and the ability to make same-day and/or same-week switches and spinner access. The Platinum Contract Package will be $16,995 for 43 weeks, which breaks down to $395/week.
- The price reflects a 15-session training week as your base, offering maximum flexibility and peace of mind in case of unexpected life events. Skaters can cancel their Platinum contract at any time during the season or freeze their contract for up to three months once per season in the event of injury, illness, or relocation. If / when a skater returns from their injury, they may receive the contract rate for their walk-ons for no more than two weeks.

- Skaters may cancel their Platinum contract outright at any time of the season and also have the ability to freeze their contract billing throughout the season should they suffer an injury/illness or relocate for up to three months, once per season.
- Contracts may be canceled at any time during the season with charges due through the end of the month of cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Club Office at club.info@scboston.org.
- Platinum may be purchased directly through ActiveNet as a “Membership”, click HERE to add to your account.
