The Club’s Hospitality team infuses creativity into every dish they make. Mark Flemming, the Club’s Executive Chef, constantly is inspired by rich flavors, cooking styles, and always fresh, premium ingredients. Enjoy a wide range of decadent items from tuna poke, beef tenderloin, scallop ceviche, seared duck breast, shrimp bisque, artisan breads, imported meats and cheese, as well as a variety of gourmet sausages including wild boar, rabbit and brown sugar kielbasa.
The Frieling Club Lounge includes dinner seating for 200 individuals and is served by the adjacent professional kitchen which is managed by an on-staff executive chef. The space features a dining room, reception area and lounge, fireplace, variable lighting, high-end finishes and walls of glass.
